                                                                Terms and Conditions and Payments

 

Please ensure you read these terms before using our 1st Call Property Services, you are agreeing to these terms. You’re also agreeing to our working Terms and procedures and our payment Terms. 

 Terminology

For the purpose of these terms & conditions the following words have the following meanings:

  • “Us/We/Our” refers to 1st Call Property Services.

  • “You” refers to you: the customer (the person or organisation for whom we agree to carry out work and/or supply or materials).“Tradesperson/tradespeople” refers to the representative(s) appointed by 1st Call Property Services

Materials supplied by 1st Call Property Services have a mark up price of 20%.

All quotations are valid for a period of no longer then 30 Days, the work quoted for will be carried out exactly to the quotation specification, any changes shall be agreed by both parties with written conformation from us.

If a time limit is agreed we will do our up most finish in the time agreed.

All our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 Months, this does not include materials supplied.

Invoices & Payment

Once the job has been completed and you the customer are fully satisfied then full payment is required either by Cash Bank transfer Cheque. All cutomers invoices shall be sent via email once payment has been recieved. All invoices exclude VAT. 1st Call Property Services reserves the right to accrue and charge interest on any part of an invoice which remains unpaid at a rate of 10% over the base rate until payment is received by us in full.

Timekeeping

Where the date and/or time for work to be carried out is agreed, we will use reasonable endeavour to ensure that the operative attends accordingly. We accept no liability in respect of the non-attendance or late-attendance on site of the operative, or for the late or non-delivery of materials.

We will not be liable for any delay, or for the consequences of any delay, in performing any of our obligations if such delay is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, and we will be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations.

Labour

Majority of our work is carried out by ourselves, but on occasions we employ outside labour who we have vetted and ensured they have full public liability insurance. 

Customer Satisfaction & Guarantee

We aim to give a 100% Customer satisfaction for all our  work and providing a reliable and affordable service with a 12 Month guarantee on all our labour only. If payment is not met within the time specified then all guarantees are null & void.                                                                                                                                                        Liability

We will only be liable for rectifying our own guaranteed work, and will not be held responsible for any ensuing damage or claims resulting from other work overlooked or subsequently requested and not undertaken.
